Why does it say my private message box is full?

Both sent and received messages are saved, which can fill up the allowable space very quickly.

While in your private messages go to the menu “jump to” and select sent. Erasing those should clear up the space you need.

To avoid this in the future, you can de-select “save a copy”  while sending a private message.
